Sunderland vs West Ham Prediction & Tips
Régis Le Bris has done an impressive job, leading Sunderland to the Premier League in his first year in charge. The team finished fourth in the Championship and managed to beat Coventry and Sheffield United in the playoffs. However, pre-season has been patchy: just two wins in eight friendlies, evidence that the team is still searching for the best connection between the new signings and the veterans.
The London club finished last season in 14th position, repeating the disappointing result of two years ago. Even the change of manager failed to significantly improve the results: in the final stretch of the championship, the ‘Hammers’ managed only two wins in eleven matches. However, the pre-season was much more positive: three wins, one draw and only one defeat in 90 minutes.
