Real Madrid vs Kashima (Pick, Prediction, Preview)

Real Madrid - Kashima

Real lead the Spanish league and won the CL – that is probably the world’s best club team. It will probably also demonstrated in this fight, but there is value in the low odds? Kashima is, after all, at home and have played well in the final.

IT SPEAKS FOR Kashima Antlers

Antlers have the advantage of playing in Japan (and there are only 130 km from Kashima to Yokohama).
The Japanese have also had an extra recovery day: Played semifinal Wednesday, Real played Thursday (and the flight from Spain landed Monday).
Kashima team riding a wave of success: 3/12 club won the Japanese championship and then followed surprising success at club World Cup.
Here Antlers 3 victories with a goal tally of 7-1 (total of 27 målforsøg), especially semi-finalists 3-0 Colombia Atlético Nacional impresses.
The trick with Real’s performance in the semifinals against América. For example burned Ronaldo some great chances (he netted also in overtime, 2-0).
Real kept a clean sheet in the semifinals, but it has otherwise also pinched lately: goals conceded in six matches in a row.
Real have a doubt about the strong center defender Ramos and the most obvious successor, experienced Pepe is out. Both missed the semi-final.
The fast Real-offensive man Bale is still out of action – since 22/11.

IT SPEAKS FOR REAL MADRID

The European CL-wins (and driver side in the Spanish Primera) are clearly stronger than the paper Kashima (only because of being played in Japan).
Kashima was not even included in this year’s Asian Champions League. Participated in 2015, but went no further from the group phase.
Kashima have only Japanese in the squad, apart from two unostentatious Brazilians (without the glorious past in Brazil or Europe).
Real are unbeaten this season in both Primera and CL. Wednesday: 2-0 of Mexican América.
They scored the in-form striker Benzema and offensive colleague Ronaldo netted too (did not let go of some large flares).
Bales replace the right side, brash Vazquez, has made it pretty – was last mighty good in the semifinals.
There is hope that the Real defense chief Ramos is getting ready for the final. He is back in training.
Real won the tournament last time the club participated in the Club World Cup – in 2014. In the semi-final was Mexican Cruz Azul beaten with 4-0.

NOTE

Note that at the Club World Cup played with “video-referee”. It came into use in the semi-final between Kashima and Atlético where he oversaw a penalty, but sentenced after seeing the video of the incident.
