PSG enters the 2025/26 season as one of the strongest teams in Europe. Luis Enrique’s side has let several players go, most notably Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Among the new signings, it is important to note the arrivals of Lucas Chevalier and Illia Zabarnyi. The former has immediately established himself as the starting goalkeeper, while the Ukrainian defender is considered the future leader of the back line and has already played two full matches.
Lens had a difficult summer. The club let El Aynaoui and Andy Diouf, key players last season, leave for Italy. However, the team has been significantly strengthened, albeit without making any expensive signings.
In total, more than ten new players were signed, but Lens did not pay more than €8 million for any of them. Special mention should be made of the return to France of Florian Thauvin, acquired from Udinese. Interestingly, the 32-year-old has already scored a goal.
