Indonesia vs Saudi Arabia Prediction & Tips
Indonesia completed the third qualifying round for the World Cup in fourth place in an extremely difficult group alongside Japan, Australia and Saudi Arabia itself. This gave Patrick Kluivert’s team an additional opportunity to fight for a place in the World Cup through the fourth qualifying round. However, the challenge is enormous: the opponent will once again be Saudi Arabia, who are also determined to fight for their ticket to the World Cup.
Saudi Arabia, in the previous round and sharing a group with Indonesia, Japan and Australia, finished in third place — ahead of Indonesia — but that was not enough to secure direct qualification for the World Cup. The team, a regular at the World Cup (2018 and 2022), has made the road more difficult this time around. To return to the biggest event in football, the Saudis will have to overcome Indonesia and Iraq.
In September, the Saudi team played two friendlies against European rivals and showed their competitive level. French coach Hervé Renard’s team beat North Macedonia 2-1 and drew 1-1 with the Czech Republic.
