Almeria vs Zaragoza Prediction & Tips
Almería improved their performance in recent games and moved closer to the play-off spots. Last week, they drew away to leaders Deportivo La Coruña and now host bottom side Zaragoza. The Aragonese side have won just one game in the tournament and have the worst attack.
In the previous matchday, a goal from defender Federico Bonini allowed Almería to go into the break with the lead in their visit to La Coruña. Despite facing the leaders, Almería put in a good performance, although they eventually ended up drawing 1-1. However, they had previously beaten Las Palmas (0-1) and Sporting Gijón (2-1) with goals from their striker Sergio Arribas.
Zaragoza, meanwhile, lost again last week, this time at home to Córdoba (0-1). It was the fourth defeat of the tournament for the Aragonese side. Another discouraging fact is that they failed to score in four of their eight league matches. It should be noted that their four away games had a narrow goal margin, although they drew with Castellón (1-1) and defeated Mirandés (0-1).
