Aarhus vs Midtjylland Prediction & Tips
New fixture for the third day of the Superliga! This Sunday at 4 p.m., AGF Aarhus will face FC Midtjylland at New Vejlby Stadium. After finishing sixth last season, the home side are once again hoping to secure a place in Europe. However, they have failed to live up to expectations so far this season. AGF Aarhus started with a draw against Sonderjyske (1-1), before losing to Randers (1-2).
FC Midtjylland has already taken its place at the top of the Superliga table. Although it had to settle for a draw in its opening game against Odense (3-3), it managed to secure its first victory the following day against Sonderjyske (6-2). To top it all off, Thomas Thomasberg’s men have just reached the third qualifying round of the Europa League. They had to go into extra time against Hibernian last Thursday, but managed to win (aggregate score: 3-2 a.e.t.).
