Zaragoza vs Huesca Prediction & Tips
Zaragoza won both the Spanish Cup and the Spanish Super Cup in 2004. But not only were these the last trophies of this generally successful project, but they were soon relegated to Segunda and have not managed to come back. And, frankly, they don’t seem to be trying very hard: they haven’t finished higher than tenth in the last four seasons, and last year they finished fifteenth.
Huesca started to show something when their current rivals were already stuck in Segunda. In 2018 and 2020 they managed to get promoted to La Liga, but both attempts to consolidate there were unsuccessful. Moreover, after the second relegation, the players failed to impress even at Segunda level, without rising above thirteenth place. And last spring they finished in seventeenth place.
