World Cup 2026

The 2026 FIFA World Cup, marketed as FIFA World Cup 26, will be the 23rd FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international men’s soccer championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA. The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026. It will be jointly hosted by 16 cities in three North American countries; the majority of matches will take place in the United States, while Canada and Mexico will host selected matches. The tournament will be the first hosted by three nations and the first North American World Cup since 1994.

This tournament will be the first to include 48 teams, expanded from 32. The United 2026 bid beat a rival bid by Morocco during a final vote at the 68th FIFA Congress in Moscow. It will be the first World Cup since 2002 to be hosted by more than one nation. With its past hosting of the 1970 and 1986 tournaments, Mexico will become the first country to host or co-host the men’s World Cup three times. The United States last hosted the men’s World Cup in 1994, whereas it will be Canada’s first time hosting or co-hosting the men’s tournament. The event will also return to its traditional northern summer schedule after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar was held in November and December. The competition will also occur during the United States semiquincentennial birthday.

Argentina is the defending champion, having won its third title in 2022.

  • Brazil – Haiti (Predictions Today)

Brazil vs Haiti Prediction & Tips

Morocco outplayed Brazil for long stretches in a 1-1 draw that opened Brazil’s World Cup campaign. Still, Vinícius Júnior produced a moment of brilliance to snatch a point. That result exposed a porous midfield and a shaky defensive shape. Adding to the pressure, a calf injury has ruled Neymar out of this match, so Vinícius must again carry the attacking burden almost alone.

Scotland, meanwhile, edged Haiti 1-0 in their own opener, with John McGinn’s strike proving the only difference despite a spirited Haitian display. Haiti attacked with real purpose for much of that match. Their pace down the flanks could therefore cause problems against a Brazil side that has already looked vulnerable in wide areas.

    FIRST HALF OVER 1.5 GOALS @ 1.87

    Scotland – Morocco (Predictions Today)

  • Scotland – Morocco (Predictions Today)

Scotland vs Morocco Prediction & Tips

Scotland arrive on the back of a hard-fought 1-0 win over Haiti, with John McGinn’s deflected first-half strike proving decisive. The performance was not the most convincing, however; Scotland struggled for control in midfield and were outshot by their opponents. Their captain has nonetheless been in superb form under Steve Clarke, and his goal threat from midfield remains the team’s biggest weapon heading into this fixture.

Morocco, meanwhile, drew 1-1 with Brazil in their opener, showing flashes of real quality before being reeled in during the second half. Ismael Saibari put them ahead before Brazil leveled, but the result extended an unbeaten run that now stretches across several matches. The Atlas Lions have looked increasingly comfortable against European opposition in recent tournaments, and that record will give them confidence heading into Foxborough.

    MOROCCO TO WIN @ 1.75

    USA – Australia (Predictions Today)

  • USA – Australia (Predictions Today)

USA vs Australia Prediction & Tips

The USA vs Australia World Cup 2026 clash is a genuine Group D table-topper. Both sides won their openers, so the winner here takes control of the group.

The USA vs Australia World Cup 2026 match kicks off Friday, June 19 at Lumen Field in Seattle, airing on Fox in the US. The home crowd should give the hosts a real boost.

The USA hammered Paraguay 4-1, while Australia shocked Turkey with a 2-0 win built on disciplined defending. However, the USA’s star winger picked up a knock in the opener and is a slight doubt. Australia, meanwhile, have no injury concerns ahead of this fixture.

This is the first-ever World Cup meeting between these two nations. Their only previous games were friendlies, and the USA won the most recent one in 2025.

    SUA OR DRAW & OVER 1.5 GOALS @ 1.50

Mexico – South Korea (Predictions Today)

  • Mexico – South Korea (Predictions Today)

Mexico vs South Korea Prediction & Tips

Mexico vs South Korea brings together the two early leaders of Group A at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Both teams won their opening matches, so this clash will likely decide who takes control of the group. As a result, fans can expect a high-intensity encounter in Guadalajara.

Co-hosts Mexico opened the tournament with a comfortable 2-0 win over South Africa, sparked by an early Julian Quinones strike and a second-half goal from Raul Jimenez. However, captain Cesar Montes picked up a stoppage-time red card, which means Mexico must adjust its back line for this match. Therefore, coach Javier Aguirre will need a quick defensive solution.

Meanwhile, South Korea trailed Czechia before storming back to win 2-1, with Hwang In-beom delivering both an equalizer and an assist. This comeback showed real character, and it puts pressure on Mexico vs South Korea as a genuine 50-50 contest. On the other hand, stars like Son Heung-min and Lee Kang-in still carry most of the creative burden for the Taegeuk Warriors.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 2.10

    Canada – Qatar (Predictions Today)

  • Canada – Qatar (Predictions Today)

Canada vs Qatar Prediction & Tips

Canada vs Qatar offers both teams a real chance to claim their first-ever World Cup victory. The co-hosts drew their opener against Bosnia and Herzegovina, while Qatar snatched a late point against Switzerland. As a result, every team in Group B sits level after matchday one.

Canada dominated large stretches of their first match, controlling possession and creating plenty of chances. However, the hosts could not turn that pressure into more than a single goal. Therefore, coach Jesse Marsch will push his squad to finish more clinically on home soil in Vancouver.

Meanwhile, Qatar relied on a disciplined, deep defensive setup to frustrate Switzerland before equalizing in stoppage time. The Maroons recorded few shots and limited possession in that match, which suggests Canada vs Qatar could follow a similar pattern. On the other hand, winger Akram Afif remains Qatar’s biggest creative threat on the counterattack.

    OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 1.72

Switzerland – Bosnia and Herzegovina (Predictions Today)

  • Switzerland – Bosnia and Herzegovina (Predictions Today)

Switzerland vs Bosnia and Herzegovina Prediction & Tips

Switzerland vs Bosnia and Herzegovina is shaping up as a pivotal Group B clash at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Both nations opened the tournament with a 1-1 draw, so a win here would move either side into a strong position. As a result, neither team can afford to slip up again.

Switzerland dominated their opener against Qatar, racking up 26 shots, yet a stoppage-time own goal cost them two points. Meanwhile, Bosnia and Herzegovina took the lead against Canada through a Jovo Lukic header, only to concede late and settle for a draw. Therefore, both squads arrive in Los Angeles eager to convert pressure into results.

The match takes place at SoFi Stadium, with all four Group B teams level on one point after matchday one. Consequently, a victory here would lift the winner clear of the pack and put real pressure on the other half of the group. In addition, the loser would face a tougher route through the final group game.

    OVER 8.5 CORNERS @ 1.58

Czech Republic – South Africa (Predictions Today)

  • Czech Republic – South Africa (Predictions Today)

Czech Republic vs South Africa Prediction & Tips

Czech Republic vs South Africa arrives as a near must-win clash in Group A of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Both teams open the tournament with a loss, so the pressure is already on heading into matchday two. As a result, the loser here faces an almost certain early exit.

The Czechs led South Korea before falling 2-1 in their opener, a result that stung given their strong pre-tournament form. Meanwhile, South Africa suffered a tougher blow, going down 2-0 to Mexico while finishing the match with nine men. Consequently, Bafana Bafana enter this game without two key starters, since both sent-off players remain suspended.

The match takes place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, with both sides sitting on zero points after round one. Therefore, only a win keeps realistic knockout hopes alive for either team. In addition, the other two Group A sides already hold three points, which raises the stakes even further for this fixture

CZECH REPUBLIC OR DRAW & OVER 1.5 GOALS @ 1.60

    Uzbekistan – Colombia (Predictions Today)

  • Uzbekistan – Colombia (Predictions Today)

Uzbekistan vs Colombia Prediction & Tips

This World Cup marks Uzbekistan’s first-ever appearance at the tournament. In fact, the team became the first Central Asian nation to qualify, finishing among the top two sides in the AFC’s third qualifying round. Under coach Fabio Cannavaro, the squad blends defensive discipline with attacking ambition. Therefore, Uzbekistan does not arrive as a simple underdog.

Colombia missed the 2022 World Cup, so this Uzbekistan vs Colombia clash carries extra weight for Los Cafeteros. Coach Nestor Lorenzo led the team to a third-place finish in CONMEBOL qualifying, behind only Argentina and Ecuador. Meanwhile, stars like Luis Diaz and James Rodriguez give Colombia a dangerous attacking edge heading into the group stage.

Both teams will look to start Group K with three points. However, Uzbekistan’s compact, well-organized defense could frustrate Colombia’s attack-minded style. On the other hand, Colombia’s pace and creativity make them favorites on paper. Either way, fans can expect a tactical battle between a debutant chasing history and a contender eager to make up for lost time.

In short, Uzbekistan vs Colombia promises to be one of the more intriguing stories of the World Cup group stage.

    COLOMBIA TO WIN & OVER 1.5 GOALS @ 1.70

    Ghana – Panama (Predictions Today)

  • Ghana – Panama (Predictions Today)

Ghana vs Panama Prediction & Tips

Ghana are the slight favorites going into this match. Their attack is one of the most dangerous in the group. Antoine Semenyo and Iñaki Williams give them serious pace and quality in wide areas.

Semenyo enjoyed a breakout season with Manchester City. He won the Premier League Player of the Month award in February. Williams also contributed with three goals and six assists for Athletic Club in La Liga.

Coach Otto Addo has built a confident and exciting side. He knows a win here opens up a real chance of reaching the knockout rounds. Ghana also face England and Croatia later in the group.

Panama are making their second-ever World Cup appearance. They went through CONCACAF qualifying unbeaten. That record shows they are a resilient and organized team.

Coach Thomas Christiansen has set his side up to be compact and difficult to break down. Ismael Díaz is their main attacking threat. He scored a first-half hat-trick against Jamaica at the 2025 Gold Cup.

Midfielder Adalberto Carrasquilla controls the tempo in the center of the pitch. If Panama can keep it tight early on, they have the quality to hit Ghana on the counter.

    FIRST HALF – DRAW @ 2.02

    England – Croatia (Predictions Today)

  • England – Croatia (Predictions Today)

England vs Croatia Prediction & Tips

England enter the tournament as Group L favorites. They have a strong squad and high expectations from fans and pundits alike. Their goal is to go further than ever before.

Gareth Southgate’s successor has built a confident side. England arrive in good form after winning four of their last five matches. They will look to control the game from the start.

Group L also includes Ghana and Panama. This means England must treat the Croatia match as a must-win opener. Goal difference could decide who tops the group.

Croatia are no strangers to this stage. They reached the World Cup final in 2018 and finished third in 2022. That experience makes them one of the most dangerous sides in the group.

Luka Modric leads a golden generation that knows how to win tight matches. Croatia fell at the Euro 2024 group stage, however. Zlatko Dalic knows his side cannot afford another early exit.

A defeat here would put their World Cup qualification under serious pressure. Croatia will fight hard for every point. England should expect a tough and physical contest.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 2.00

Portugal – D.R. Congo (Predictions Today)
