West Ham vs Tottenham Prediction & Tips
Graham Potter has not been able to establish a stable and effective game. His debut as manager was marked by an FA Cup exit after losing away to Aston Villa (1:2). In the following league games, the team showed no signs of progress either. In 14 games under Potter, West Ham only managed 3 wins, drew 4 times and suffered 7 defeats. If the relegation battle was still as tight as it is today, it would be difficult to imagine that the Hammers could maintain their status in the top flight.
European competitions aside, the Premier League season has been catastrophic for Spurs. Rumour has it that even a possible Europa League success will not save Postecoglou from the sack. And, looking at the current league results, this scenario seems quite logical. Despite having a world-class squad, the club is only 16th in the table, trailing West Ham by just one point. In their last six league games, the team has conceded five defeats, managing only one win against bottom side Southampton.
