Tromso vs Molde Prediction & Tips
Jørgen Vik’s Tromsø are experiencing a real resurrection. After a disastrous 2024 campaign, when the team finished only 13th, the ‘boys’ are back in the medal race, taking 22 points from 11 games and climbing to fourth place. The team has now won six in a row, has stabilised its defence and is once again an uncomfortable opponent at home, where it imposes an intense pace and does not forgive mistakes.
Molde, meanwhile, are having one of their most inconsistent seasons in recent years. Per-Mathias Høgmo’s side are only tenth, with 14 points after 12 games, and have only moved three points clear of the relegation zone. Their recent form leaves much to be desired: 5 defeats in the last 7 official matches, with only two wins.
Although Molde has outstanding individual talents such as Veton Berisha and Eikrem, the team has lost solidity and balance. Injuries to Poshadala and Eriksen, coupled with a poor midfield (especially Daniel Daga’s poor form), cast doubt on the visitors’ competitiveness against one of the league’s most in-form clubs.
