An inconsequential meeting between Sturm Graz and Leipzig on the last matchday of the Champions League Phase, as both the Austrian and German sides are mathematically ruled out and have no chance of reaching the next round.

They are somewhat inconsistent, although after losing 2-1 to Stuttgart they have managed to go three games without defeat, drawing at Bochum (2-2), beating Sporting Portugal (2-1) and drawing against champions Bayer Leverkusen with Xabi Alonso (2-2).
