Barcelona comes into this new LaLiga fixture with mixed feelings. In midweek, the team suffered its first defeat of the season, losing 2-1 at home to PSG in the Champions League. The Catalans took the lead but conceded goals in the final stages. This ended an eight-game unbeaten run, in which Barça had recorded seven wins and one draw. However, their start to the Champions League can be considered positive: previously, the Blaugranas beat Newcastle 2-1.
