Sassuolo could take another step towards the title in the second tier of Serie B when the 34th round of matches gets underway this weekend. Currently top of the Italian league, the Green and Black are nine points clear of the runners-up and made their promotion to the top flight official last weekend. With just four defeats in 33 games, the Italian club have enjoyed a superb campaign, and will no doubt be keen to round it off in style.
At the other end of the table, Frosinone are enjoying a fine run of form. They have not lost since 2 February and are on a nine-game unbeaten run. Despite this recent fine form, the club are only twelfth in Serie B, stuck in mid-table. After a complicated start to the season in terms of results, it will be difficult for them to climb any higher. With a comfortable lead over the red zone and too far behind the top of the table, Frosinone no longer have much to play for in Serie B.
