Madrid derby and class challenge (at least in tradition) between Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano. The hosts are at the top of the standings and after their away win with Barcelona appear to be the favorites to win the title. They are dominating their rivals as they often do in the Champions League as well: their next match is at home with Braga and does not look like a close game. Los Blancos therefore are the clear favorites but Rayo are not to be underestimated. The representatives of the Vallecas district are having a very good tournament in the wake of previous ones and after 11 games have 17 points.
