Thursday, 10.06.2016, starting at 21:45 will take place duel Macedonia – Israel, under Round 2 of the groups qualifying for CM 2018.
Macedonia is on the 4th position of the league Group G qualifying for the World Cup of Russia 2018 with 0 points earned after the first game.
The hosts started on the wrong foot in this qualifying campaign, losing 2-1 on the field in Albania. After E. Alioski managed to score in 51 minutes, Albanians gave blow in 89 minutes.
Macedonia has received twice in history visit of Israel. In 2002, in a friendly match when guests triumphed 3-2 in the qualifying campaign for Euro 2008, when all Israel be able to impose, 2-1.
On the other side, national Israel ranked 5th of the league Group D qualifying, having accumulated 0 points in the first stage.
Guests have performed quite well in the first game with Italy but lost 3-1. Tal Ben Haim II has managed to reduce the difference in 35 minutes, but Ciro Immobile gave Israelis blow in the 83rd minute after assisted by Graziano Pelle.
Israel managed to impose the last time on foreign land, in an official game, in October 2014. Then guests today triumphed on the ground in Andorra, 4-1.
