Let’s say that the Anderlecht and Standard Liège fans wished for a decidedly different season finale. They hoped to be able to fight at least until the end, instead these playoffs didn’t go as expected. Above all, Anderlecht never entered the “game”, collecting only the crumbs. The Liege Standard had also started well, but was quickly lost and has now fallen into an obvious identity crisis.
