Sampdoria vs Cremonese Prediction & Tips
A 3-0 loss to Roma was not an ideal return to Serie A (SA) for Sampdoria after the international break, as the gap to get out of the relegation zone increased to ten points with last weekend’s result. All of those goals came after halftime, but this side has been vulnerable in the final minutes, having conceded a league-high 12 goals to opposing substitutes, including two in a 3-1 loss to Atalanta in their last SA encounter.
Players to watch: Alessandro Zanoli scored in Sampdoria’s last home game and became the second-youngest Italian defender with at least one goal and one assist this Serie A season. For Cremonese, Cyriel Dessers has scored their last three away goals, two of which came after halftime.
